      <image:title>About Us - Jennifer McQuade</image:title>
<image:caption>Jennifer McQuade is a scientist, educator, farmer, and community advocate dedicated to strengthening connections between people, agriculture, and the environment. She earned her B.S. in Biotechnology from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Biology. A published scientist and National Board Certified Teacher, Jennifer has spent nearly 20 years educating students from middle school through college and helping others develop a deeper understanding of science and the natural world. In 2016, she founded Seven Gables Farm in Hobart, Indiana, where she combines her passions for education, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. Through programs such as Story Time on the Farm, community events, volunteer opportunities, and educational outreach, Jennifer works to make agriculture accessible to families while preserving local farming traditions for future generations. Jennifer believes strong communities are built when neighbors come together, support one another, and remain connected to the land that sustains them.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About Us - Lucas Sgouros</image:title>
<image:caption>Lucas earned his B.F.A. in Fine Art from Columbia College Chicago and has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the past three years, he has served as a project manager overseeing the construction of new homes, bringing together technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and an eye for design. An accomplished craftsman, Lucas creates custom furniture, ornamental ironwork, stonework, and other one-of-a-kind projects that enhance homes, farms, and outdoor living spaces. He is passionate about building things that are both beautiful and functional, with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship that stands the test of time. Sustainability is at the heart of Lucas's work. Whenever possible, he incorporates reclaimed wood and recycled materials into his projects, mills lumber from trees that must be removed. At Seven Gables Farm, Lucas's creativity and craftsmanship help shape the spaces where families gather, children learn, and the community comes together. Whether constructing a new home, crafting a custom piece of furniture, or improving the farm itself, he believes thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and responsible stewardship leave a lasting legacy for future generations.</image:caption>
